Who have you become, and who are you becoming?
As the year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the past year to explore how I've grown and observe what themes were most present for me.
💪 I’ve grown my spiritual and physical well-being rituals by prioritizing time in nature, daily exercise and connection to my intuition.
👯 I’ve expanded and cherished my professional community with new values-aligned collaborators and supporters.
🦁 I’ve allowed myself to be more seen and use my voice with confidence and consistency.
With each theme, I recognize the challenges I’ve overcome and their accompanying lessons.
🙋🏻♀️ I can trust my intuition and the answers I hold within.
🤗 I desire more community in my personal life.
👀 It is safe to be seen.
As I look to 2025, one word stands out to me and encompasses how I want to show up personally, in relationships and professionally next year. A word to guide my behavior, decision-making and dreams:
🔥 Discernment
What does discernment mean to me and how can it guide me in the year ahead? To build greater confidence and consistency in my actions, I will trust my intuition to make wise choices and judgments. This will allow my authentic self to be expressed and seen.
With my word selected and defined, I’m carving out time over the next couple weeks to set intentions, explore what might get in my way (hello ingrained beliefs and fears), how to overcome these obstacles and ask for support from my community.
