A 4-week coaching experience to define and pursue your most aligned year yet.

Start the new year by getting clear on what you want and intentional about how you're going to get there.

In this 4-week program you'll receive a mixture of live learning, dedicated time and tools for self-reflection and dreaming, and support and camaraderie from your peers (and me, a certified coach).

Align Your Year is a live program where you will learn how to intentionally create alignment in your life so you can live a life that is distinctively yours. You will define your word of the year then align your mindset, goals and support systems so you can honor your word ALL. YEAR. LONG. This practice will help you make shifts in your day-to-day life right away, while supporting you in maintaining alignment long-term.  

You'll learn things like:

✅ How you want to feel and show up in 2025

✅ What might get in your way (hello ingrained beliefs and fears) and how to overcome these obstacles

✅ How to shift your definitions of success from external metrics to more personal, value-driven goals

✅ What goals align with your 2025 intentions and how to reach them

✅ A daily practice to keep your mindset locked in on reaching your goals

When you don't stop to reflect on how things are going, and really question how you want things to go moving forward, you risk stumbling through the year on autopilot. When you say yes to this program you'll be setting aside the time to explore your own thoughts, beliefs and desires so you can build a future that consists of exactly what you want and need. Because you know more fulfillment, balance and joy are possible (spoiler: they are closer than you think).

Hi, I'm Drew!

your guide to an aligned year

Trained in holistic, neurodiverse and values-aligned coaching techniques, I help people at a crossroads live a more aligned, authentic life.

I specialize in supporting heart-centered, purpose-driven helpers get clear on what they want and support them on aligning their life to these desires. 

 

Much like the people I serve, I didn't always lead a life that aligned with my dreams and values. Before starting Chosen Directions I was living life on autopilot, repeating patterns of behavior that left me feeling drained. 

Supported by others and my dedication to self-development, I discovered what was most important to me and that unlocked EVERYTHING.

With this clarity, I had the roadmap to take steps towards a purposeful and aligned life. Now I help others discover this clarity for themselves and pursue the life they were always meant to be living.

frequently asked questions

  • What days and times will we be meeting?
    The group program will meet on the following Wednesdays at 10am PT / 12pm CT / 1pm ET: January 8, 15, 22 and 29. If you choose the VIP program, we will schedule a time based on your availability (hopefully beginning the week of January 6th).
  • What if I can’t attend all weekly sessions?
    We will be recording our live sessions so you can catch the replay if you need to miss a session. We ask that you try and attend 2/4 at a minimum.
  • What is the refund policy?
    Full refunds will be honored if a request to cancel is made within two business days of completing the first live session. If a cancellation request is submitted after this window, a credit will be issued and can be used towards any service in the future.
  • How many people will be in the program with me?
    The group program will have a maximum of fifteen (15) participants. If you select the VIP program you will meet one-on-one with me (Drew, your coach!).
  • How much time should I dedicate to the program each week?
    In addition to the hour-long weekly sessions, you should expect to spend 30-60 minutes on exercises that you will complete in between sessions on your own time. Keep in mind we are covering topics that ideally will be integrated into your daily life, so we hope you’re thinking about and practicing this work on an ongoing basis.
  • How much time should I dedicate to the program each week?
    In addition to the hour-long weekly sessions, you should expect to spend 30-90 minutes on exercises that you will complete in between sessions on your own time. Keep in mind we are covering topics that ideally will be integrated into your daily life, so we hope you’re thinking about and practicing this work on an ongoing basis.
  • How many people will be in the program with me?
    The group program will have a maximum of five participants. If you select the VIP program you will meet one-on-one with me (Drew, your coach!).
  • Do you offer financial aid? Can I use my personal development funds?
    I want everyone to be able to experience our program and offer discounts for client referrals, students and those with financial needs. You can request financial aid by sending an email to info@chosendirections.com describing your needs in a sentence or two. Requests will remain confidential. Participants can also use personal / professional development funds from their organization to pay for this program if this is available to you through your job. We have a template email you can use to help get this approved, if needed.  
  • What’s the refund policy?

  • Is the program right for me?
    We think people of all ages and backgrounds will benefit from the program, especially if you are experiencing or anticipating a life transition (career pivot, recent breakup, moving cities, becoming a parent, etc.). Our alumni have walked away with greater clarity on their values, an understanding of how to set aligned goals, and a supportive community of others committed to being their authentic selves. If you’re unsure if this is the right thing for you, submit an application sharing more information about yourself and your interest and I will book a follow up call to discuss your interest and concerns to make sure it’s right for you.
  • Will the program be in person?
    No, we will meet virtually for twelve (12) consecutive weeks. I ask that you join with your camera on as I've found that seeing each other deepens the experience, but understand this isn’t always possible or preferred.
  • What if I can’t attend all weekly sessions?
    We ask that participants attend all scheduled sessions as the curriculum was created to be completed in succession over the course of fourteen weeks with instruction. We understand that things happen, and will provide one makeup class if a session is missed. We ask that you provide 24 hour notice if possible before missing a session and schedule your makeup class within that same week. If you miss more than one session, we will need to enroll you in a future program that better aligns with your schedule.
  • What is the difference between the group and VIP program?
    The group program will have a maximum of five participants and will include opportunities for individuals to share as little or as much as they’d like through guided prompts and discussion. Those that have joined the group program have said that the group setting was a very supportive component that held them accountable and allowed them to consider different perspectives and inspire them to try new patterns of thinking. This is a great option for those who are seeking community and enjoy learning and growing alongside others. The VIP program will be private one-on-one sessions, where you will receive dedicated support and an experience that is catered to your direct needs. You will still be encouraged to share as little or as much as you’re comfortable, and will complete the same curriculum as the group program. This is a great option for those that like to learn at their own pace and are less comfortable sharing in a group setting.
  • When will the program begin?
    The next group program will begin in early 2025. We will confirm exact dates and timing based on participants availability and preference. The VIP program will begin based on the participant's preferences, and we’ll select a time based on the individual’s availability.
