Arrive and Connect
We'll start with a short exercise to arrive and connect with ourselves, followed by a brief introduction to meet each other in the virtual room.

Reflect and Invite Change
You'll reflect on what I call your Magic Three - self, relationships and work. Through guided prompts and (optional) small group sharing, you'll rate your levels of satisfaction, explore why you rated them this way and discover what goals you can pursue to shift your level of satisfaction in these areas of your life.

EXPLORE WORKING TOGETHER
Those that are interested to learn more are welcome to stay for a brief information session about 1:1 coaching and How to Live Authentically workshops that dive deeper into your alignment with your self, relationships and work to discover your unique roadmap for living authentically. We'll wrap up by answering your questions.

At Chosen Directions I help individuals live a more balanced and authentic life. I focus on supporting peopled experiencing or anticipating a transition (big move, breakup, burnout, parenthood, job search, etc.) and questioning what to do next.
When you’re at a pivotal moment like this, having your own internal guidance system makes deciding which direction to take clearer and easier. Without a clear understanding of what’s important to you and what you aspire towards, it's human nature to get swept up chasing someone else’s dreams, living on autopilot and pursuing goals that leave you feeling drained.
Through 1:1 coaching and my How to Live Authentically workshop, I partner with people in transition to explore who they are and what they value to gain clarity and confidence to pursue aligned careers, relationships that are energizing and lives that honor their authenticity. My goal is for you to have the insights and tools to show up intentionally in times of transition, allowing you to make informed choices based on what you value most.

Whether you're navigating change, seeking to get clear on who you really are or looking for more fulfillment in life - I've been in your shoes. I felt stuck, lonely and unfulfilled until I got clear on what’s important to me, what energizes me, what I aspire towards and how to align my life with these learnings.
I went from being in a mismatched long-term relationship that drained me, feeling homesick, living in a city that was my home for nearly a decade and suffering from burnout in a toxic workplace to meeting my incredible fiance by being aligned on fundamental topics, moving closer to family and finding my dream home, improving my mental health and building a fulfilling, values-aligned career.
This all happened when I set out on a self-development journey to explore who I am and intentionally show up as my authentic self. I attribute this to aligning my life to my chosen values - diving deep into self-discovery and what brings me fulfillment.
