When the world is in transition - elections, conflicts, economic pressures - you might notice changes in sleep, focus and your go-to practices. This is so human and normal because when things are changing all around us, we don’t always feel safe.  

 

Join us for a workshop to learn new tools to cultivate deep inner safety in a constantly changing world and be in community with others who are also navigating these changes. 

how we'll spend our time:

Arrive and Connect

We'll start with a short exercise to arrive and connect with ourselves, followed by a brief introduction to meet each other in the virtual room.

explore and experience

You'll experience an exercise to explore safety in your transition and discover ways to cultivate more ease with this transition. You'll receive the support of two different coaches who know what it’s like to change everything in life and still thrive.

Share and integrate

You'll breakout into small groups and share what you uncovered. Speaking your discoveries and intentions out loud can help clarify and solidify them.

MOTIVATE and Next Steps

We will close with intentions to empower you on your journey and you’ll leave with clear next steps to feel more at ease with this transition. We'll wrap up by answering your questions.
